Has been in use less than a week now, but seems to work fine. Received well packaged and in time frame promised (Prime). With the multiple base inserts (6 supplied), it offers different heights of plug and fits my fairly thick iPhone 6s in Spigen Tough Armor case, without having to remove case for charging--I used a mid-range insert (#3--stamped on bottom), so plenty of longer/shorter inserts available. Comes with power cables for both Samsung (USB mini) and Apple (Lightning)--cables fairly short (about 3'), so need to be close to USB port or charging adapter. Also has case thickness adjustment, which helps in lining up charging port with plug. Do not know whether Apple MFi certified, but do not get any error message when phone put in charger. All-in-all, seems to be nice stand for either desk or bedside use, and would buy again.

This is the first time I've left a review and its for two reasons - first, the stand really is remarkably well made, it ssems most stands these days are too small or not strong enough to hold a phone with a bulky case like a have (Otterbox)...this stand is strong, stable and extrmely well made.The other reason I'm writing this is because of the remarkable customer service I've received by the support team at Rock. Almost always if I have a customer service request, I can usually get a fair helpful response...but the people at Rock are absolutely amazing.But I don't want to let this detract from what may help hilight their product..this is easily the best phone stand I have every had. And if you end up needing help, you'll be able to count on these guys really wanting to help you out.I actually wish they sold more things.Tim

This is overall an awesome product and replaced one of those IHome digital clocks with the docking station because they would not take the new iPhones. The only drawback with this product is that the grove built into the bottom of the docking station ( the space where the USB wire runs under the dock from the phone to the back) was not built well to hold the line securely and completely flushed. We have the occasional struggle with the product not stationed firmly on the table. Otherwise this is an awesome product.

This charger is really cool looking and works perfectly. The only issue is that it sits upon a small pedestal, so periodically, if you're working on the phone while it's charging, it wobbles. Since we don't use it while charging, MUCH, it isn't a huge deal, but I felt it needed stating since many do.

Bought two of these and they work as described. Fit my otter box commuter case with multiple options for height. Big problem... one of the iPhone cables does not work so I can't use the second dock. No idea how to contact the seller. I want to keep it but need a second apple cable.I also worry that these cables seem very specific to fit this stand. If one stops working in a couple months how do I get more to keep using the dock???

doesn't work with some non-Apple cables that may be slightly wider at the end, and even with an Apple lightning cable, I often need to hold the cable from the bottom while inserting my phone as the force pushes the cable out the bottom. A better system for holding the cable from the bottom would make this a 5-star.

This iPhone dock charger has worked out really well for me. I keep it on my desk at work. The phone is easy to attach and take off and it fits snug. The phone sits at just the right angle so I can see all incoming calls and messages. I am very happy with this purchase.
