Dissolves quickly and completely
I love this product. I use it to make magnesium spray for leg pain and sleep. It dissolves quickly and completely in boiling water.

Works well when soaking for 15-20 minutes. Helps with aches and pains. Mix with some lavender. Can also make your own magnesium oil.
