Hi, although I have not opened the packages yet; and everything looks to be OK, I really really like this product. I will post otherwise if when I do open them up, they are less than satisfactory, but I anticipate that they will be fine as Amazon has been consistent with 99.9% of my orders.

Admittedly, I have only tried the Graham portion of the duo. I usually eat my daily Oikos Zero yogurt with Cascadian no sugar granola mixed with Kamut Puffs. I had the brilliant idea that I was going to up my protein intake by substituting this Catalina protein cereal. This turned what is a perfectly delicious yogurt into artificial glue. The flavor is so off-putting that I didn't know if I could finish even the tiny cup of yogurt. I was so grossed out. Not sure if it's the monk fruit sweetener, because I'm used to stevia, but this Graham version is flat out gross. It changed the flavor and texture of the yogurt and not in a good way. I am heaving thinking of trying the chocolate, but I will do it since the bags are SO EXPENSIVE and if I can get even a little money's worth I want to try. Grossed out and not buying again.

Good source of protein but tastes bland.

I have only found Catalina Crunch, locally in one store and they quit carrying it. So happy they are on Amazon ! I am Type 2 Diabetic. This cereal gives me an option that most others do not. My sparing treat !!! Delivered promptly as promised.

the catalina crunch is great especially if you are keto-ing- but do NOT order from whole foods it takes them 2 legit weeks to send out your order....12 days in still waiting for them to send my order- this poor platform wont let me message them either unless i cancel my order.

Honestly not as good as I was hoping - nothing to discredit what they are trying to accomplish here though. Truly upsets my stomach for whatever reason and the taste is rather bland and is heavy on the artificial sweetener. And the cereal doesn’t really “absorb” the milk and get cold like normal cereal would, so it almost tastes warm which is weird despite being in milk. I’m usually not sensitive to foods like this but this just didn’t hit as well as I would have liked it to as I am a big cereal lover.
