If your pup/dog snuffles EVERYTHING or has a demanding intellectual stimulation food regime they set themselves this is for you! I have to roll out the mat above the floor to situation treats, but once it hits the floor my puppy is preoccupied for hours. She has so much fun sniffing through every element to find her treats. While the mat is easy to use I recommend rolling it back up immediately once most treats have been found to avoid chewing on the actual mat pieces (this could present a durability issue as the fabric is chewable). I use different flavored and textured treats throughout the mat as well as her normal dog food to keep her interested. Definitely worth the money if you have a snufflopogus puppy like I do.

This activity mat for my Corgi, is wonderful. My Corgi is now 19mos old, and always wants to play, which I can’t always drop everything and do, so I crush some healthy joint treats sporadically in areas of the mat and lay on floor and our Pup LOVES it. Plus, it keeps her busy and satisfied for about an hour, cause she gets to Sniff out and Forage for a reward.

This puzzle arrives rolled up and very very stiff and that's the only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five. The stiffness made it impossible to use without washing it a few times, but once it was washed and dried it worked beautifully. My pup is a young blue heeler and loves using her nose to find everything and her favorite part was digging at this mat to get bits of food to jump out. Overall, this mat was easy to clean, held up to being washed several times and being chewed and scratched near constantly. I wish it would stick to the floor a bit more, but it is really easy to use and set up and the durability makes it work the money I spent on it. If you have a pup who loves to dig at your rug and furniture, this is the perfect toy to help them use their instincts in a less destructive way.

The media could not be loaded. Our 8 week old Yorkie Jack Russell has a serious desire to dig and loves to sniff everything- this mat was a perfect buy for him. I know its likely not the most durable snuffle mat but for the speed of delivery and the cost, it was a great way to see if my instinct was correct that he’d love this based on his behaviors when exploring the world around him. I definitely recommend a wash before hand, on the gentlest setting, with no soap or essential oils, just water, so that it isn’t so stiff. I think this will last him a good while as both a toy that thrills him but also keeps him busy when I need to leave his sight.

This mat is effective to keep my dogs busy and make them think. When I received the mat I had to unroll it and place heavy objects on the corners because it kept trying to roll back up.I do not like the material of the mat because it is stiff and the material does not move around easily. That could make it more difficult for the dog to get the food out which could be good for some but I personally rather have a softer material. Since it is a stiff material it makes it hard to place the food/treats but it is still usable.I personally would not buy this brand again based off the material of the product. It still works and that is the only reason I am keeping the mat instead of returning it. The mat in my opinion feels cheap and I do not think it is worth what I paid for it. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because it is still effective but would not be my first choice.

This is made from the really cheap, stiff craft felt meant for kindergarten gingerbread men. My pup doesn't have to snuffle or search since treats just sit on top. It would likely work as a slow feeder if you feed dry kibble but certainly not a puzzle for treats. That said, it seems Sewn well and the grippy bottom is a nice touch. I will probably give it to my sister for her dumber dog. LOL

The media could not be loaded. This mat is AWESOME! I wasn’t sure how well my pup would know to try to figure it out but man, he LOVES it! Not only that, when he sees me pull it out of the cabinet he gets so excited and the last time I set it down, our older dog came over curious as to what was going on and she got excited too, so I’m going to have to buy another one so they can work on their own. The older dog (Leila, the white dog in my video) just lost her eye, and nothing really seems to motivate her any more and she kept walking away and coming back to make sure she didn’t leave anything. LS, the fluffy black dog, worked himself into a frenzy lol Truly a great product, keeps them entertained for at least an hour - THANK YOU!
