This was my first punch needling project, came with the supplies needed and simple, easy to follow instructions! Very fun and easy project. Keeps me busy on days I can’t sit still

Let me begin by apologizing if I use the wrong terms, my wife is the person doing the needlepoint, not me, but she related her thoughts and feelings.The pattern is cute as is the finished product but my wife was really hoping for a much lighter/thinner thread; the thread included with the kit is quite thick so the details of the pattern get lost in the the finished product.I don't know if she believes the kit to be sub-par by any means, only that the materials may not have been what she thought or was led to believe by the description, so if you're looking for a cute needlepoint project this could easily be a good choice.

The "kit" arrived quickly but it is missing the listed punch needle device.

First purchase didn’t have canvas pattern. Replacement didn’t have the punch needle.

I ordered this kit from Amazon. It said it had a punch needle tool in the kit when I opened the kit there was no punch needle tool to be found. The kit itself looks good, but I need the punch needle tool.

I was very excited to try this out for the first time. Everything was pretty easy to follow. The big downside was the hoop. I’ve done tons of embroidery projects before and this hoop is not the best to keep the fabric tight throughout the project. I had to get a different hoop to complete it. Otherwise it was not bad.

I am no expert; however, I found the size of the needle to be too large for the fabric.It makes massive holes that makes correction nearly impossible. Most begginer patterns contain monks cloth which is a larger more heavy duty fabric than what is included with this kit. I would not recommend it for a beginner.

No punch needle included. Purchased one separately and wasn’t able to get it to stitch, I think the weave of the fabric is too loose.
