I was unsure about purchasing this item as it felt like an unnecessary addition to my cable attachments as I already own a rope. My lack of self control resulted in me ordering this anyway and I’m really pleased I did. The grip is far more comfortable than the rope attachment and allows you to focus solely on your muscle engagement. Would recommend.

Comfortable hold

Tried this in the gym today, as we never seem to have enough ropes, it seemed to burn the triceps nicely, the grips are comfortable and seems well made, hope it will last a few years.

The rope is high quality and a good length, includes carabiner. I personally love this, it works so much better than traditional pull down ropes because the hand grip is ergonomic and designed for the job 5+ star

Great pump , no pressure on joints and great alignment get this and use it on arm or push day 100 percent

Was a little weird to start with once I got used to it I found it really quite comfortable. Not sure if it’s the slight change in grip angle, found it really works the Triceps well

På grund av utformningen av handtagen passar repet bara till ett par övningar. T.ex. oanvändbar för triceps övningar. Hoppades att de skulle vara skonsammare för händer när man använder mer vikter, men den är sämre en min gamla kabel. Handtagen är av hård plast och belastningen i handen fördelas inte rätt. Får skavsår i roten at tomme. Har slutat använda den.

Ich war etwas skeptisch was die Form des Griffs angeht, aber meine Erwartung wurde übertroffen. Die Seil liegt super in der Hand und die Übungen lassen sich sehr kontrolliert durchführen. Das einzigste was mich ärgert ist, dass ich das Seil nicht schon früher angeschafft habe. Grüße Torsten T
