Everything about these microphones and their customer service and support exceeded my expectations.
Great Microphones. Considering these mic's low price, I am very impressed with the overall quality of these microphones, from build to sound. The packaging was very professional. Easy to set up and use. If you need some questions answered (I had a few) they responded to me very rapidly with correct solutions.I trust them and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Work well for karaoke
I really liked the feel and ease of use of these microphones. Setup was plug and play on both my laptop and PA system. Having the USB powered dongle is a huge plus over our large mic system with the separate panel. The microphones feel solid and seem to be good quality. Sadly I will have to return these because the batteries were not in the box upon delivery which is why I gave 4 stars. The box appeared to be opened and the batteries were the only things missing. They don't use a standard battery like AA, but use rechargeable lithium batteries. I had one from a flashlight I was able to test the system with. I will probably reorder them in the future.

Plug USB to an outlet.
Tried to plug the USB on the open USB outlet but did not power up. Plugged it to the wall outlet and stereo AUX at the speaker and everything works.!
