Q: Can thermal paper be photocopied?

Thank you for your question. We are very sorry to tell you that this portable printer cannot be copied, mainly for printing.

Q: Can you use this printer with the double receipt paper to get two copies of the receipt?

Dear Customer， Thank you for your question. This receipt printer cannot print double-sided receipts. It is suitable for printing ordinary single-sided receipts.

Q: Does this work with an Apple phone using Zettle from Paypal?

Dear POLONO customer, Thank you for your question. Sorry to tell you that our receipt printer is not compatible with Apple phone using Zettle. The PL330 receipt printer only supports USB connection, so the mobile terminal or tablet cannot be used.

Q: Seems to not work with my cash drawer at all I erased and installed multiple times and to no avail nothing works, am i missing something?
