Emma Hardie Cleansing Balm Supersize 200ml With 2x Cleansing Cloths

I love Emma Hardie cleansing balm so I was excited to see the balm advertised with two cleansing cloths and a 15ml age support cream. However, I received the cleansing balm with just one face cloth and no support cream. I'm not too sure if it is false advertising or an error in packaging. The label even said 2 X cleansing cloths. Amazon has never failed me but I am sad to say that today I am thoroughly disappointed.
