Okay so I am not a plumber, and I didn't even stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night so I can't buff out my chest and try to tell you that I know a whole lot about plumbing, however I do know that if you have one of these attached to your water system anywhere or in my case on the boiler system, and water starts to seep out of it, it's time to replace it. It was a super easy job, I mean I did check on YouTube first to make sure it was a super easy job before I did it but yeah it's was super easy. It was as simple as turning off the water, relieving the pressure with a valve that was very easy to find unscrewing the old one, and using a little thread tape, screw this one on there.So yeah basically if you have one of these in your home and it is leaking, save yourself the agony of calling a plumber and spending a crapload of money getting this done when you literally could easily do it yourself.

I use about 10 cutoff wheels a year for my Makita angle grinder and I finally ran out of my old stash.My first task was to cut some 1/2 rebars. These disks are as good as any. No slipping, no shattering, good wear. Great price.As an aside, I bought my first 4 1/2 inch angle grinder about 20 years ago and I can't remember the last time I used a hacksaw outside of my garden.The only disadvantages are you need an electric outlet and safety glasses are an absolute must. Now that I have my new cordless angle grinder, I don't need the power source and I wear safety glasses for everything.Oh - and you must remember that the metal stays hot for a while. Only Superman can make steel get hot when he uses a hacksaw.
