I have been in and out of hospital for years. Excessive bloating, pain around my gallbladder area when I I have no gallbladder. Unable to eat before 8pm everyday or id be rushing to the loo with loose bowels. I have been given 100 different diagnoses and none of them rang true. Given all sorts of medication. Acidophilus was recommended in an IBS group, and I thought I'd give it a go. After taking them for a week, my stomach improved. As long as I take probiotics an hour before food, I can eat what I want, when I want!!! I've been off work for 3 months, and I'm finally going back tomorrow after a long battle with this. After seeing so much of a change with the acidophilus I decided to research to see if there was a better strain for IBS and that's when I discovered bifidobacterium lactis HN019. This seems to solve every IBS symptom. From gas, to bloating, to loose stools, to pain, to digestion issues and so on. I looked for a probiotic containing this, and they seemed to be really rare, and also extremely expensive!!! Then I stumbled upon OptiBac. They have done everything that I needed them to do. I have now been taking them for two weeks and yes I still have issues if I don't take them on a certain day. I hope they will provoke my system into making their own probiotics and I can come off them in 2 to 3 months, but until then I will continue to take them before trying to phase them out slowly. I also have fibromyalgia and have seen a huge difference in my pain levels since taking these. Whether this is a coincidence or not I don't know, but I have noticed a difference. I no longer have achy limbs everyday and can get out of bed and do household chores, every single day!!!

Not cheap so expected a bit more , still getting bloated and general gassy every day and hasnt helped so far , i have a really good diet too and dont drink , will come back and update if after a bit longer it helps but 2 weeks so far i kinda expected some sort of change , anyway was worth a try and if improves in next few weeks i have left in bottle id stick with it
