Keep On the Coffee Table!
These are fun little puzzles to have something a little challenging to do when you want something to do with your hands or are just tired of scrolling for entertainment. My boyfriend and I kept this pad on our coffee table and we'd do a puzzle or two when watching TV or just in those short downtime moments between errands, activities, etc. Guests also enjoy trying them out when they come over!

Fun
It has become tradition to give one of these to my brother every year. We both look forward to it!

stocking stuffers
I added a few of these to each little treat for my officemates. ( with a copy of the cover and the explanation ) and two have come to me to say they are challenged, and glad to have had the gift.I tried one myself ... and it is certainly challenging. I connected up two and a half, of the four corner-small square images. It was a chance purchase, and I thought it odd that it is called a 'toy' -- though maybe it is something one will 'play' with and work with for an hour.

Fun but thinner paper than the orginal
I love Foldology. I was a bit obsessed with them when I received them. I know my MIL really enjoyed them too. I do appreciate the different levels of difficulty. I got to the point where I could complete several in an hour. When I first started they would take me a bit longer. Foldology 2 was not as good quality wise as the first. The papers were thinner and smaller than the orginal. Still fun but I definitely noticed the difference in paper quality.

Delighted and addicted
I bought the first set for Christmas and gave it to my teenage son. It was not long before I ordered the next one for me, because he wouldn't share. These are great in so many ways. Easy to begin, holds up to dozens of attempts to solve (if necessary), and challenging to everyone. The attempts on each puzzle build on each other because of the way the back is colored. So you might get the front lined up correctly, but the back still needs solving. Sometimes I can solve the back, or the front, but not both.In that sense, I'd say this is a rubik's cube combined with origami. Folding in order is important, but you can see where you need to change the steps. It's really a great experience.

Fun way to refocus
These are challenging yet fun. Really great way to shift your focus when you need a break. My husband loves these and has now competed the 1st edition and about half of this one. We've got the 3rd book as well, and hope they come out with others soon.

Huge Decline in Quality between Foldology 1 and 2
I ordered Foldology 1 and loved the puzzles, so as I neared the end of the booklet, I ordered Foldology 2 to keep my little hobby going. Foldology 2 is not the same quality as the first collection of puzzles. The paper is like newspaper and hardly holds up to folding. I won't be ordering the third book in the series.
