Great stuff.

This is the best combination for MTHF i found.

This is too strong a dose to be taken daily by children but to definitely does work to calm down hyperactivity and works into the next day so is great for occasional use.

parkinson's, my version of it anyway, this seems to help.
2 weeks later, haven't thrown anything out of my pram...yet. Taken in the morning I feel greatly improved as far as mood and mobility are concerned, but by 1600 hours it seems to wear off.
