I was bit sad because my son developed bay acne when he reach 3 weeks old. I have been searching anything to help out, i have tried my breastmilk, leave it alone days and just plain water but seems getting worse. I read about this mustella, and gave it a go. I tried it on sept 6 and day by day its improving, although it started to become angry red i thought he is allergic but its sept 16 now no more baby acne. As in gone and his face is back from a baby smooth skin. I was overjoy. I cant smell any scent as they said but this is worth of every penny!! I would highly recommend it to babies with acne based from experience.

I don’t usually leave reviews BUT I feel like I have to. My baby had really bad acne from 2-3 weeks onwards. Her cheeks not only felt bumpy but also quite tough. I was desperate to find something that would help clear it out as I really didn’t like looking at it 😩 it look raw and painful. I came across with a few videos on YouTube about other mums using this product so I thought I’d give it a try and I’m glad I did!! I have been applying this ever since and my baby’s face is completely clear!! I dabbed this with cotton pads twice daily and then I applied aveno baby dermexa at nights. I hope this helps someone going thru the same with their baby.

Happy I discovered this product. Esp on wiping little ones face after a feed to removed dried milk. I love the scent, it may not be for everyone but it does for me.
