I read all the reviews and thought yes this is the one that’s gonna work, but sadly no it didn’t, it had no effect on me at all.

I recently stopped taking HRT patches from GP as I was continually getting awful side effects, so I’ve been looking for an alternative that I can trust, this Puro Meno Complex appears very promising, though it’s early days for me. I’m already taking dried sage capsules again to help with hot flushes, but it didn’t seem enough, especially on milder days and nights. These 60 capsules contain magnesium, vitamin B6, vitamin D, calcium, sage and soy isoflavones, all naturally derived with no hidden bulking agents, I’m hopeful they will get going soon, though I’ve only been taking them for a few days so it’s difficult to say as yet, though I will update this review if they work. One thing I didn’t realise is I need to take 2 capsules a day, that’s only 1 months use per bottle and at over £30 a month that’s just too expensive for me to continue unfortunately, though I appreciate there’s 6 supplements in each capsule, making it a reasonable combined cost. I hope my honest review is helpful to you, thank you for reading it. UPDATE: Well after taking them for a month I can say they haven’t really helped me with my hot flushes unfortunately.

What seems would be an effective mix of vitamins and natural supplements, a months supply for just over thirty pounds, which I feel is reasonable if they are effective. Certainly worth a try.
