Easy and practical
Love this filter. The battery lasts long— I have had it for a few months and only needed to charge it once. I haven’t had to change the filter yet, so that’s a plus. I wish the tank was a little bigger, but it’s not a deal breaker for me.My house has hard well water. This filter COMPLETELY gets rid of the metallic taste in the water. I noticed the water is smoother, and if I let it dry in the cup I don’t have any hard water stains. It doesn’t take up too much room in the counter, and its easy to fill. unexpected pro if you’re a little clumsy like me: you have to double tap the button to turn it on. So if you walk by and your arm lightly hits the button, it will not automatically turn on and make a mess. I had this issue with a different brand in the past, so I was glad to see they thought of this with the design.

Cute stylish and delicious water!
This is a great counter top water filter that makes my tap water taste delicious. It is slightly noisy but not obnoxious just getting used to hearing it when dispensing water. But overall it was worth it and saves me money because I don’t need to buy bottled water all the time. Plus it helps save the planet by reducing plastic waste! I love the size of it being my countertop isn’t huge. The water it dispenses is clean clear and tasty! I use it daily! Also the battery life is impressive I only charged it one time so far and it keeps on working on that single charge. I not only use it for drinking water but to put in my water tank of my coffee maker and if we boil water for pasta or rice. Way better than tap water with all the contaminants in it.

Great water
The best tasting water I’ve had in a long time. My PUR pitcher just wasn’t cutting it for me these past few months and it no matter how much I would was it, it just never felt like it was staying clean. But this has changed my life. The water itself is great, taste like water in a bottle, it works so fast and it’s so easy to use. Love it so much, best purchase I’ve made yet. Plus it’s pretty cute.

Great Taste, Excellent Customer Service.
I use spring water and this pitcher somehow makes it taste even smoother and fresher. Can’t say if it filters any impurities, but I can 100% tell the taste and texture are better. My first one stopped charging and dispensing after a while, so I knocked off a star. But Waterdrop’s customer service blew me away. I sent them a short video of the problem and they overnighted me a brand new one. Works perfectly now. Great water, great people behind it.

really good filtered water!
i have been using this for 5 days now and its great! when you first use it, it says fill tank and let water run thru and dont drink that water, that is just to clear the filter. i had to do it 3 times, which was totally fine. and the water tastes great! i can definetly taste the difference from my faucet ! it is a little shorter than my 36 oz stanley so i have to put it on the edge of the counter and hold the cup to fill. i timed it takes less than a minute! very glad i bought this!!

Excellent drinking water filter.
I am very happy with this drinking water filter. It is easy to fill with water from my sink faucet. I just take off the lid of the water well and put the unit under the faucet and fill to the MAX FILL line. The battery charges with an included USB-C cable and a not-included USB-C wall charger. It has a rudimentary but perfectly adequate display. It has an indicator light and a touch control, drop-shaped light which is used to turn the dispenser on and start and stop the flow. I put the unit on the counter top with room under the dispensing nozzle for my water bottles and cups. You put your cup or bottle under the dispenser and touch the drop to turn it on. Touch it again and it starts dispensing water. When your cup is full, touch the drop again and it stops. The indicator light tells you the state of the battery & filter. There is a table in the Instruction Manual which shows what the indicator lights mean. The flow is not really fast, but I find that it is easier for me to avoid overflowing the cup at this flow rate. One of the best things about this filter is it not only removes chlorine, it removes chloramine as well. My water company recently switched to chloramine which is toxic and tastes terrible. The other thing that is very important to me is that the filtered water has no taste or odor. It holds 15 cups of water when filled to the max fill line. Since I am the only person using this filter, that is more that what I use every day. I highly recommend this drinking water filter/dispenser.

Great little countertop filter.
Great counter top filter. Use for morning coffee or keeping that water bottle full. Easy to use. No heavy water pitcher to mess with. I really like this water filter.

Cool design but is it really filtering?
I really wanted to love this Waterdrop electric filter pitcher, but after testing the filtered water vs straight from the tap here in Orlando, FL… there was barely any difference. So either our local tap water is secretly bottled water quality (doubtful), or the filter isn’t doing much at all. The design is sleek and the electric pour is cool, but if the filtration isn’t noticeable, what’s the point?I really wanted to love this Waterdrop electric filter pitcher. I got it to stop using bottled water for cooking - figured I’d filter our tap water and save money. But after testing both filtered and unfiltered water using a test strip, there was barely any difference. So, either the tap water in our part of FL is already premium quality (which I doubt), or the filter isn’t doing much at all. The design is sleek, and the electric pour is a nice touch, but if the filter’s not making a difference, what am I really paying for?
