This is a very potent formula of Maca. One of the best I have used

I took this on two separate occasions. I did in fact feel an increase in energy and stamina especially during exercise. Unfortunately, on both occasions I took this I seemed to have a bad reaction about 6 hours afterwards. I developed a headache, my jaw clenched, my stomach felt simultaneously achingly empty and also nauseous. Both days I took it I ended up going to bed hours early because I didn’t feel well and needed to lay down. I took as recommended with food. A full meal. This dose may be too strong for me. I am a petite woman who exercises daily to maintain body mass. 5’2”107lbs. I’d like to try emptying half the capsule out to see if a lower dose would cause less side effects, but I don’t know if I even want to risk another ruined evening. I felt great during the day, and it definitely amped up my HIIT workouts. It seems to work well for others so I’d recommend at least trying it. There just seemed to be a delayed onset of side effects that kicked in about 6 hours after taking it. Bummer. I may work up the courage to take a half dose and if things improve I will update. Those with a sensitive stomach may want to start with a half dose. It seemed to be hard on the digestive system all around.

Total Maca has really impressed me. It's super potent, and I've felt a significant increase in my energy and overall well-being. The quality is top-notch, and the capsules are easy to take. I highly recommend it!
