Note: the sides are sharp like a razor & you might get cut if handled improperly. You have to sand one side that is suppose to lift the plastic. The other side, do not sand, it needs to create a tight seal with the magnet pad. Simple to use. Get this product if you hate using a spatula to remove the print.

I’m new to 3D printing, and I bought this shortly after purchasing my Elegoo Mars 2 Pro. The magnet and flex plate fit perfect to the build platform. I just followed the installation instructions for attaching the magnet. I hit the build platform with a heat gun before, and let the magnetic adhesive set for 72 hours as recommended before using it. I also used clamps to hold the magnet to the build plate, but I don’t believe this, or the heat gun were really necessary.If you are using this with the Elegoo Mars 2 Pro, there are two things to keep in mind.1) You will need to add a spacer to your z-flag. You can find information about this online, as well as a part STL, or just use a couple of washers (it doesn’t have to be perfect, the build plate has some give). The screws that came with mine were too short. The screw threads are M2.5, if I remember correctly. I circled the spacer in first photo. PRINT THE SPACER BEFORE ATTACHING THE MAGNET.2) On the Mars 2 Pro, the tabs on the metal flex plate need to be on the back side of the build platform. I’ve circled this as well. They hit the frame of the resin vat if they face the front. I recommend manually moving the platform before printing to verify that it will clear.That being said, once you account for those two points, it works great. The flex plate makes it much easier to remove parts without tons of scraping or trying to wrestle them off the build plate. The magnet is very strong, so be careful not to pinch your fingers when you attach the flex plate. Happy printing!
