I absolutely have been enjoying this tablet. I use it every single day and am pleased with its speed and ease of use. Unfortunately it no longer would hold a charge and when I contacted customer support, they were amazing and quickly wrote back to inform me that a replacement tablet was on its way. And a few days later, the new one arrived. I find this to be so refreshing. A company that stands behind its products is a company for life in my book. I love the tablet!! It came with everything I need. It has a big screen with pretty graphics. Easy to use. And very satisfied with the price. I've only had it for a couple days so I will have to see in the long run if it continues to please me.

Great for what I needed it for, trying to start a small business and this does all I need. Just turns on a little slower. But great for starting out

I'm happy with this item. As I have now used it a a while, I do find the battery pretty much lasts as advertised. Maybe it's me, and I'm using the tablet more than I think, but I find it's a good idea to throw it on the charge during the day when not being used. I am retired but active and still do some programming work for a former employer. I have the tablet on a lot - music, looking up stuff when I'm in the middle of some actual work on my desktop. I also am usually up for around 14-16 hours a day. Often in the evening the tablet dies, if I haven't been keeping a charge on occasionally. Recommend this tablet, but be aware.

Our household had not used any Android products for years, and we were hesitant to purchase one. I came across this tablet with amazing reviews and decided to give it a shot as a gift for my husband.I am so happy that I gave it a chance, as it is a truly great tablet. The screen size is large, and the brightness and clarity are amazing. The processing speed is excellent, and for someone who has been using Apple products for over a decade, this Android tablet is surprisingly easy to use, so much so that he no longer wants to use any other device.The functionality is perfect for what my husband needs, and I strongly believe it is a device that will last many years to come. It arrived very well packaged, including a cover, screen protection, pen, keyboard, charger, wireless mouse, and additional external memory.I am so impressed that I may buy one for myself. I highly recommend this tablet.

This is my second purchase of this tablet. First one bought August 2024, and is used every morning to read my email, online news, and web search. Also use it to read e-books. The second one I purchased a week ago for my son to view pdf textbooks in his aviation maintenance class. Tablet boots quickly, has beautiful screen, strong battery, and quick response. We both find them perfect for our needs. Neither of has used the keyboard or mouse. I highly recommend this tablet.

I bought just to play app based games. It works well. It does lose power faster than my Amazon Fire Tablet, cellphone, and iPad. I would purchase again.I do also appreciate the case and keyboard being part of the package.
