Best heater that I have ever bought, kept fish for over 20 years, easy to set temperature use and has great consistent functionality. Could be double the price and still be worth the price tag.

After using an AQQA heater for a while, I switched to the Hygger because of the better display and brand name. I immediately found it less consistent than the AQQA, with the temperature only settable in full degree units. Also in use if set to 26C degrees, the heater would let the temperature drop a full degree to just below 25C before activating and bringing the temperature back up to 26 again, so it would constantly fluctuate up and down rather than maintaining an even temperature.After a few days however, it seemed to completely lose accuracy, suddenly deciding the current temp was 20 degrees, 6 degrees below the actual and the set temperature of 26, and immediately activated to increase the temperature back by 6 degrees - effectively trying to heat the tank to 32C degrees rather than the set 26 - 6 degrees higher than it should be maintaining.This happened twice, luckily on both occasions my alarm notified me and I caught it in time to stop the heater from cooking the fish in the tank - I’m now returning it and going back to AQQA again.

Accurate temperature and looks quality.

I have this in my 300 litre aquarium and it's great no issues at all. Only minor problem is that it doesn't have half degrees but it's fine.

Not sure whats more accurate. Seems gd item.

Bought a hygger 500 watt heater but 6 months later it broke sent an email and within a week a new one was sent out thanks for a fast service

Very poor product, brought in March and it has broken already, it heated the tank up above what it was set to in the night and killed all my fish. Awful product
