This cable works as advertised!
I used this cable to connect a MacBook Pro 2017 model to a 1920 x 1200 60 Hz (progressive) NEC display. Unlike its off-brand predecessor, it worked perfectly, even supporting display calibration (the display has lookup tables). What more can you ask of a cable?

It worked immediately with my HP Spectre x360 - 13-w013dx and Dell E2414Ht monitor! I had previously bought a similar cable from a different company at Amazon's suggestion and was very disappointed. This, however, linked up immediately and was so easy to use. I also liked the fact that the shipment packaging was simple. Instead of coming in an oversized Amazon box, this arrived in a bubble-wrap envelope that fit in my mailbox and was easy to dispose of. Thank you so much!

I've had to send 4 other manufacturers like this back since 3 of them quit working after ...
USB C to DVI works perfectly for use between a Lenovo Yoga laptop and an older Dell widescreen 21'' monitor. I've had to send 4 other manufacturers like this back since 3 of them quit working after 2-3 days and 1 quit after a week. This one from Smolink is still working after 2 months!Most of the other adapters offered on Amazon are basically the same badly made hardware marketed under different brands--at least that was my experience with at least 4 of the bad ones.

Very happy so far
I connected my MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017) to DELL 30 inch U3011 Display using this USBC-DVI-BL cable. Connection is from MacBook's Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to U3011 DVI-D port at monitor's native resolution 2560 x 1600 and 60 Hertz. No drivers or configuration needed. Very happy so far.

It works!
The HDMI port worked great, I was able to hook up to a client's smart TV and do my presentation off of my MacBook Pro 2018. Phew!

These work great on my MBP to connect my older monitors. Now I need to find a thunderbolt 3 hub so I don't loose two thunderbolt 3 ports to run dual monitors.
