I was pleasantly surprised to find the clarity of the vocal and treble ranges to be far superior using the base-equalizer (normal equalizer) than many other players I've tried. Right out of the box the basic sound quality is outstanding with this player. The soundstage equalizer formats do not distort either, though they do not bring out the vocal range as much as does the 'normal' format. It's so hard to find a player with a good basic soundstage that I was pleased this lesser-known brand came through so solidly with the basic soundstage that brings through the audible range of sound with such strength on all levels.

Works well. I haven't had any major issues with it. What I will say is the battery power could be better. The last MP3 player I had was much better in terms of the battery life. Beyond that, it's a nice size. It's also easy to use. I had no issues creating playlists and adding songs.

I bought this as my current mp3 player started requiring more frequent battery recharges.The form factor on this was a bit larger than my prior mp3 players, but it was not a big deal. It was still light and probably 5 inches x 2 inches.I initially started downloading podcasts to the device via the USB cable. However, this was really slow! I re-read the manual and noted that they advised that the faster way to load it was to eject the memory card, place that in a separate (included) USB holder, and load it there. I tried this and it was much faster. I guess I’d question why they couldn’t include whatever h/w was in the small off-board connector into the player itself…? Also, ejecting the memory card was a bit tricky. It stuck at first and then sprung out and landed on the floor (inches from a heat vent). So be careful with that process.After loading the device up, I paired it with some Bluetooth headphones that I’ve used for over a year. I then tried it out on a walk. The Bluetooth disconnected within 30 seconds. I reconnected it and it was fine for almost an hour. The next day, it disconnected about 5 minutes into the session. This continued over the few days that I tried it – completely at random.Another issue was the controls. I was able to pause playback on a podcast. However, when I later powered the device up again, it seemed impossible to resume playback. When I tried, it would just reset to the ‘welcome’ screen. I was able once to fast forward through the 45 minutes I’d listened to and resume. In another case, it just reset after I tried fast forwarding. It was super annoying!After about 3 days of use I gave up and returned it. I would NOT recommend this product.

I am very happy with this MP3 player it was exactly what I wanted for when my kids are detoxing from thier phones. They can still have their music and audio books but cant get on the internet. It also works with blue tooth headphone which is perfect, and when they for get to charge the headphones the player has its own speaker or plug in headphones as well.

Worked great at first, once I learned to navigate it. Then I had problems with certain brands of Bluetooth EarPods. I did contact their email service center and they were great, walked me through my problems.My rating is based on the ease of use, there are so many steps to get to a point to change a setting or access your music. When you are listening, the screen times out so to just change the music or just wanting to skip that song you have to turn the screen on, then navigate to the music and the controls. This mp3 player is very sleek and slippery and does not include a case, there’s no way to clip it on yourself, only to put in your pocket, when you walk around or jog around, it affects your EarPod, cutting in and out sometimes. Works best when you just lay it down and listen, but, you can’t wander far or the Bluetooth will cut out and you’ll have to connect again.The good part, sound is good, comes with a memory stick and adapter and it’s pretty fast to transfer music from your computer. The service center is great! I thought I’d email them with my problem and they responded within the hour. Once you figure how to get where you want to go it’s pretty easy to navigate the controls. Battery life is pretty good, lasted all day. The size is pretty small, fit in the palm of my hand with it closed, and it has some weight, almost like a small cell phone.I will keep this knowing all the work around now and the service center will be there.

Recently purchased item and had a question pertaining to battery life while using plug in headphones (not Bluetooth) and customer service responded quickly. Trying the item for several days and I find that this mp3 player is a great buy. Battery for what it's needed for is over 14 hours, it's loud and clear. Transferring music to the SD card easy
