bad lumbar design, not sure why it was designed so poorly
Useless lumbar support. I'm 6'2" and the lumbar starts deploying below the shoulder blades, and moves out as it moves down, so it is FULLY extended a foot before it is in the correct location. So you cannot adjust, or use the lumbar support except under unusual situations. My wife's bed has the lumbar start in the correct spot, and it pushes straight out, so her's works... Obviously she bought a different brand. The good news is that without lumbar support, I have no reason to use the bed in any position other than flat. A rolled up towel provides the only lumbar support this bed is capable of (when flat). Lumbar is the only special thing I need... It is something the wife does not need... Go figure.

2/29/24 Updated from previous review.I received my replacement legs today after 3 messages to the company, complete with photos they asked for. When I didn’t hear back a few days after my last correspondence, I filled a complaint with Amazon. I was contacted the next day and told the replacements would be mailed. It didn’t need to go that far - or take nearly 4 wks from the original delivery.Just poor follow-up & communication by the seller. I’m so happy now. Great adjustable frame!
