Type 1 diabetic here and find this one good. Have to unscrew the 4mm myself and put it in but can open and reopen it if I want to empty it into my bigger bin. Very satisfied.

Use for travelling with work and they were a great size and good quality

Very good value for the price!Happy with the 2 sharps bin containers I have received. I would like to just comment that you should keep them straight all the time as the opening on the top is bigger than I expected and the needles inside can easily spill between the opening and the lid space.
