I bought a set of these a year ago for office printing, including promotional flyers. Excellent quality, but what impressed me most was the service from Printing Pleasure. My colour cartridges got a bit streaky recently (after about 9 months of use) so I sought advice from the supplier. In fact, they were running out, and since they're not original HP (so with lower print yield) my printer wasn't giving the alerts. Nevertheless, Printing Pleasure insisted on sending out a replacement set plus a 10% discount code for my next purchase! Thank you Printing Pleasure!

Good colour reproduction, no issues or print defects so far. Did have a problem with one toner, the chip wouldn't register in the printer with error " 10.0003 Supply memory error". Notified them of the problem and replacement was sent straight out, got here next day.Overall very happy, would use again.
