I quickly needed a set of cordless phone for my parents house and settled on this set because it had 4 handsets for not a lot of money ($44.99). I am very happy with this product. It isn't the best cordless phone system -- the sound quality isn't perfect. But for the price, it is great product. The phones are adorable. About the size of a larger cellphone. They're easy to navigate without looking at the directions. The speakerphone is easier to find than most phones and is loud enough that my hard if hearing mother could hear it fine. Being able to choose a different ring tone for both handsets is my favorite feature. For a land kind phone these do the job and function better than most cordless phones. My only complaint is not knowing of or where there is a call button of the phone gets lost.

Bought this for our home as I just wanted to check if it was the line that was faulty or if it was the physical phone which was the issue.It turns out it was the old AT&T phone which my sister had for decades was the issue so has now been removed and replaced by this.The ring is not very loud.If you live in a very quiet area it'll be fine.You would not be able to hear the phone ringing if you are outside the house.If in kitchen and living room one can hear it ring.We live in a very busy main road in the Caribbean so that has to be taken into consideration.My sister is elderly and though she has use of a cell phone, she is more used to a land line.Migraine calls her mobile phone and there is no answer they can definitely get her in the land line.I still consider a landline a life line as often the WiFi is patchy +/- intermittent.Don't know how long it will last, so will do another review say in 6 months.

worst phone ever. after it charged for the required 16 hours , it never worked.i use amazon bc 99% of items come to my door and i depend on that bc i live in the suburbs with the post office being many miles away , or i would definitely return this .. i keep a land line bc i live in a rural area n my cell isnt always reliable.i am so disappointed and this cordless is worthless to me.

It's a good phone and i like the menu options such as having a phone book and time and date. I don't like that it always has to be plugged in and then the receiver itself requires a batterAlso the base is very light so it feels puny when you put the receiver in

Easy set-up, and works great, able to speak on the phone while i am upstairs and the base is downstairs

I would have to say the quality felt good but the technical side of this product for the price was lets just say pretty poor. They have a very weak signal within 10 feet clear line of sight. It will just get real garbled. Battery life maybe 2-3 hrs
