I received a used product with fasteners missing. Even the blades of grass from the previous use was stuck on the machine.

Power less
The media could not be loaded. Product is not useful. Very low power of battery. Battary charging time is also very long. You given a return timing of 30 days. On 16th december I got it and I am trying to return it. But refuses to return the product.
