The bra liners are a great idea, they are a simply made piece of soft, ever so slightly padded stitched cotton liners, these are to be placed under the breast so cushioning from any chafing against the bra, most bras are underlined to provide lift and shape but sometimes the fabric of the bra, particularly if lacy can rub , chafe the breast and underneath the breast against the chest. The liner absorbs any sweat, also if extreme sweat due to increased activity, or menopause.Used with an anti chafe gel, really helpful and recommended.ThankyouSandie

I've given these four stars instead of five because they could be made with more care as some are oddly shaped. Between using these and Lanacane anti chafing gel, under my breasts is unrecognisable compared to the mess it was in before. I suffered years of unbearable itching under my breasts and baby belly. I'd tried all sorts but only got limited relief. Now, I tuck these pads under my ample bust, and they soak up the sweat that was causing the really bad sweat rash. The Lanacane gel is such a huge help as well. Whoever makes these pads, thank you! They are easy to wash, dry and reuse.
