Smashed
First item received was smashed, there was no packaging around the product and was not labelled fragile. Was confused as to who to contact for replacement, reached out to manufacturer but were not overly helpful.Managed to arrange replacement, and it arrived in the same manner but luckily wasn’t smashed. Recipient loves the item.I have returned the damaged one but haven’t had a confirmation it was received just hoping I don’t get charged twice!
