Really great product, arrived much faster than stated, came with everything in the description.I found this very easy to fit and setup, but I do have a great deal of mechanical engineering experience.This seller offers customisable orders, allowing you to choose the correct parts for your installation. Do your research, measure twice, use the resources available on the websites of the big sellers and the manufacturers, watch the YouTube videos showing how to measure everything correctly.This seller worked out to be the best value for money for my needs.Very happy with what they supplied

Came very quick (within a few days) Had all the components I was expecting plus some extras like the bottom bracket removal too ect. Very pleased with it.

Looks great on the bike nice a smooth when riding the only down side is there’s no fitting instructions and wiring is a little on the long side so challenge to keep the job looking neat

An absolutely atrocious use of the otherwise great 48v 500w mid-drive BBS02b motor under the excessively problematic "BAFANG GO" App, which the seller themselves admitted has a history of such. Seller was extremely lacking and vague in helping resolve these technical issues and I found all pertinent info on this "M315 motor" CAN-BUS Protocol system from other reputable sources. Attaing a refund from the seller was equally horrendous, which Amazon resolved in a blindingly quick and helpful fashion. To be fair, my previous 48v 500w mid-drive UART Protocol kit I got from this same seller is a little gem, (especially with the "SPEEED" App and parameter changing USB cable). This latest disaster was supposed to be an equally good and very similar replacement for the former one, which I requested. Will not use this dishonest, unhelpful and apathetic seller again.Be warned.

Love this was delivered quickly and well packaged didn't come with everything for it though had to order extra screws for chain ring seller was really helpful and quick to respond to my emails a bit frustrating in assembly so would buy unless you know what your doing but all in all love it made an old woman really happy

Make yourself a machine that will kill any retail electric bike that sells for 10 grand Plus. Can't go wrong
