Handle broke in 3 months, no replacement given
Have had the worst experience with Kenneth Cole warranty team. We bought this in November 2024 and the handle broke in the beet first trip in Feb 2025. Since then I’ve been trying to connect with the brand for repair/replacement as it claims to have 10 year warranty. But have had no luck. Initially they emailed back saying they can only ship a replacement to a US address (that that’s honestly ridiculous since they are selling this in India and claiming 10 year warranty with no such restrictions mentioned). But even after I sent them a US address, they simply ghosted me. No response to the emails. Absolute worst experience.

A Suitcase without lock.
First time ever I've seen a suitcase without a lock. Tried multiple unsuccessful attempts to return this products but every time return order rejected on pickup date. No proper response from Amazon customer care.
