Q: I am a us size 22, is that equivalent to a size 22 in this dress? should i go up?

I'm 5'10" with a curvy figure. Busty and hippy with a smaller waist. I usually wear a size 12, so I went up one size to a 14 and it fits perfectly. It is tailored and is supposed to fit tight on the waist and accentuate the bust. I've worn it multiple times over the last two years. The fabric is excellent quality. I just wish I could find an apron in red or yellow instead of white. I wear it to work and worry about getting it stained.

Wash in cold water, gentle cycle. Dry on permanent press.
