I am a mental health professional and found this book very appropriate to suggest to clients going through the pangs of a breakup.

One of the best book I have ever read. I cried and smiled through out the book. Start letting go with this.

I loved the way it describes ourselves while we let something or someone go. I fell in love with each chapter explaining my mindset and it's almost close to feelings I've been writing in my personal journal after being ghosted by someone who I thought will be my best friend forever. But I understand I could've made similar mistakes to people and I forgive the one who did it to me and realize human beings tend to make mistakes. But I ensure that I go forward, with all the scars and lessons learned ❤

It's not only about the women in Life...its for any loved things that we have to leave behind for some unavoidable reasons

It's a collection of small essays which will help you realise if nothing, that you aren't alone in feeling what you feel and remind you that you'll get through just fine. :)

Expected more out of title.
