Great for mid-range price.
Great CDJ controller even for beginners. Better with Rekordbox than Serato, but it's compatible with both.

Great overall cobtroller
This thing is great for the prices, TRS outputs, the layout is great. About 1.5" wider and deeper than the DDJ-FLX6. Haven't used the drum roll/ stem roll yet but it's a much better added feature than the gimmick on the FLX6. I love this thing.

Get you a AlphaTheta DDJ GRV-6!
Outstanding Product! I wanted to upgrade from my DDJ REV1 that I’ve been using for about 3/4 years. I didn’t want to break my finances by purchasing a $2K controller and the AlphaTheta DDJ GRV6 was the perfect purchase for my needs.It’s definitely a Professional grade controller that I’ve already used in a club setting as well as weddings, etc. I appreciate the 4 channels as well as the Groove Circuit in which I’ve used. Also tested its use with Rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro, they both worth flawlessly! If you’re looking to upgrade to a professional controller don’t hesitate to pick one of these controllers up!

Jogwheels don’t work properly. Track freezes after touching jogwheels - and track freezes after pressing hot cue + play button

The media could not be loaded. Alpha Theta (previously Pioneer) did there thing here, this is perfection. They fixed everything that was labeled bad or wrong about the flx6 and made it better. Coming from the DDJ SR2 this feels like a level up in Tech.Club/industry style design so this will help you jump into more premium gear if you got club or radio work - you can even take this and just get converters for the ports.The buttons are perfectly spaced out so you dont accidentally hit anything.Perfect size jogs and they feel good, you can definitely get some good scratching/juggling in on hereThe stems/groove effect well placed and perfect and that beat change mode is wicked opening up to some live custom mashups.Only thing anyone can say is a little con is the tempo bar is small but you can just shift key that badboy.9.8/10 must recommend

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have to say I actually am liking this thing a lot. A few limitations but this is solid, with a professional build. The sound coming out of here into my set up is fantastic.

This new design is so cool I can’t stop playing my music with it. I think with just a little getting use to it and I think it will be great. I love it.
