Really love this machine couldn’t be more happier with it. I use it instead of running and it’s so much better for the knees would highly recommend this one as it was really easy to set up and amazing for the price

You can connect your smartphone or tablet to the rowing machine through Bluetooth which helps you to track your results. Assembling is not hard within 30 minutes everything can be done and put to use. The LCD monitor allows you to track your progress. This is a great way for full body workout. Amazing functions and well built product. It’s quite heavy can be moved around if needed but I would prefer keeping it in one corner. Good buy 👍

I have tried this rowing machine with no water in the tank and I have filled the tank to the maximum and there seems to be no difference in the risistance what so ever! Am I doing something wrong? I am not by any means the strongest person in the world, but I can not see what benifit I would get out of using this rowing machine at all!!

Great machine. Worth the money!

Very well packaged and straight forward enough to assemble, with easy to follow instructions. My partner has used it several times and says she finds the action smooth & quiet...it's a much quieter machine than one using air resistance. Very impressive machine for the price to be fair. The only gripe I had was that the weld behind the display console is slightly off, meaning the display is not quite straight. Otherwise a fine machine for the price and the partner loves the app you can use with this machine, and with her phone casting to the telly she can row either on her own, or against other on-line users on a multiple of different rivers and lakes etc. Finally when machine isn't being used it can be stood up on its front and wheeled to a corner of the room for storage 👍

It is perfect for whole body exercise and easy to install， it is good to have a phone/pad stand on it, and it is good to have it in the home gym.

Whether i am doing yoga or Hiit, Exercise Mat is must needed. Since a good Mat will help you get in position to find out where your hands are and where your feet should be when doing exercise. The most important point is the material is really good, which means it's not gonna slippery! Yes! I love it ! And I chose Black, because it is easy to clean!
