This was a competitive price, delivered in quick time and does everything I need of it, and probably would be usable to do a lot more things, there are lots of informative tutorial videos online, and unlike other subjects I've seen these ones do seem to actually know what they are talking about so all in all a very good mobile phone, capable of doing lots of things, or as little as you want and with the online help it's very easy to use. Aesthetically it looks rather good as well..... for a phone!

Why did you choose this product over others?:My old 3G Samsung phone started to let me down by not allowing me to talk to callers, I could hear the call but the person calling could not hear me. I had received notice that 3G was being shut down and my phone may not work on 4/5 G service. Hence decided to replace my old Samsung A 12 phone, for an Samsung A 16 5G phone.

Awfully slow phone! Has a delay on everything. 4gb of ram just isn't enough for the phone to feel functional. Just to access the camera takes 5 to 6 seconds to come up. Closing apps is the same issue. Maybe I got a bad phone I don't know but it immediately became a work phone as my Samsung s10 refurbished from 6 years ago for the same price is 10x better with 8 gb of ram rums so smoothly. Very disappointing product. First time getting an a series and will be my last.

This phone is the worst Samsung I've ever had it's sluggish slow and a real disappointment 😞
