I was initially skeptical about detox foot patches, but I can confidently say they really work! After using them, I noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality and overall well-being. It’s amazing how effective they are at drawing out toxins from the body. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Despite what some have said these stuck really well to my feet all throughout the night without the need to wear socks. I’ve only tried these for two nights but can honestly say my sleeps been amazing. I woke up an hour before my alarm and feel so energised and awake. Too early to tell on anything else just yet but for the sleep quality and more energy alone these deserve 5 stars.

Honestly I was not really convinced about these.They come in sets of two in two parts. First you expose the sticky side of the adhesive pad and then you centre the detox foot patch on that. The sticky pad is larger than the patch and so you use the overrun to hold the detox patch against the sole of your foot like an oversized plaster. The sticky pad sticks quite well and you can mould it to the edges of your foot. I have sensitive skin and it did not cause any adverse reaction. The detox patch is almost like a large dry tea bag with some kind of ground/chopped elements within it and a faint musky smell. The detox patch is not shiny or clear, the image you see is shiny because the patches come in a clear shiny pouch.As per the instructions I wore these overnight on both feet for about 8 hrs.They stayed attached ok.I was not terribly sweaty but my feet did warm up a bit and get clammy.In the morning I removed the patches and the detox patch was slightly damp and quite smelly. A bit like a classic cheesy foot smell, even though my feet do not generally smell that bad, honestly.So potentially the smell was all the toxins being drawn out of my body through the sole of my feet. Honestly though, I think the reality was more like my feet had sweated slightly, made the ground/chopped elements within the patch damp and they then smelt quite bad. I was keen to wash my feet but I did not feel any sense of being 'detoxed'. I am not quite in a position to say these do not work, but I was not really convinced thy did much for me other than make might feet smell a lot more cheesy than usual.

This product is to detox as it say. I used for detox my body. It gives me a better sleeping.

I wasn't sure at the start about buying them but after using them, I don't regret.These patches are incredible!! They are so comfortable, you don't feel them and after they leave your skin clean and fresh. And after using them you can see the difference,highly recommended them.

Rubbish quality do not work it’s only looking like is your toxins but really is your sweat and charcoal inside bag nothing else scam for me

This is my second time buying this. It really helps me improve my quality of sleep. I am a light sleeper, so before using this, it's so easy to wake up in the night. Aside from that, not sure the effect on my body.
