Great printer, bad parts list on manufacturer website.
The media could not be loaded. Love the ease of use. I don't like that it came with a warped heating bed on the surface just on the other side where the power plugs in.I also need a new entire hot end from a failed print that built up around the nozzle because the extruder assembly is enclosed in a case. If it was an open extruder like the cr-10 the filament would've just when every where, but instead it went up inside the case and hardened around the hot end.

Rock Solid!
(Full disclosure: I got this printer from kickstarter for $300. Therefore, the printer was an earlier version and may not be exactly the same, but it should be pretty similar.)This printer is really high quality and bulky. Even though it's made out of aluminum, which is supposed to be light, this printer is solid! It weighs a ton and feels totally stable. Definitely good in that department. As for the printing quality, well, half and half. When it's going good, it can produce beautiful models at super high resolution. However, lately I've been having some issues with bed adhesion. In fact, I recently set up an overnight print, and the next morning I discovered that somehow the extruder had completely missed the bed and overflowed with molten plastic! I tried as I might to clean it, but to no avail. Finally, giving up, I contacted Dobot over the issue.Which brings to my next point, customer service! While there is a bit of a language barrier, Dobot was very efficient and set me up with a replacement print head (a newer version, by the way) for free! There are some minor differences between the new and the old, and I hope to update later when I test it.The user interface looks very nice, but it does have some issues with setting everything up right. This however could be changed with future software updates. As for beginner usage, this is my first and only 3D printer, and I was able to get it working just fine for the prints, however, on my first attempt, the zero-point was set too low and the nozzle severely scratched the bed. Luckily, the printer came with an extra bed sticker and I was able to replace it.Overall, It is a rock-solid printer with very high resolution, but I knocked off a star because it doesn't work as perfectly as I would like. With the old head, I heard some knocking during extrusion, and twice the z-axis got stuck after a print and had to be manually forced up.For my price point, it was most definitely worth it, but for the newer price it might take some consideration.Edit: If you need support help, it might be best to skip amazon and talk to the company directly at mooz@dobot.cc

Not as awesome and I would like.
I really want to love this printer, but it is super frustrating to work with and the support is not as responsive as would be helpful. When this thing works its really awesome! But for whatever reason it will just decide out of no where to not print anywhere close to the bed. The support service is very slow and not very helpful. If you want support you need to go through Amazon and ask questions.
