This blanket is a definite YES
This product is amazing. I got it to try for my son that has HFA, and was having trouble sleeping through the night. I tried this for him the day I got it, and he has slept through the night since, with the exception for a small cold he had, but that makes us all miserable and sleep terribly. Otherwise, it was very, very much with the investment. Perfect size, it's soft, machine washable, and most importantly, it works 😊 very happy!

Washable
We've had to wash this a few times, and it does well in the washer. We hang dry it. We have a kid who can't fall asleep easily (lots of worries), and while I'm not sure this blanket necessarily helps, she likes it.
