I purchased 4 of these chairs because they looked comfortable and versatile. My family has used them for gaming and just sitting around the table. The foot rest does work but we never really use them. The chairs are well made and sturdy. The arm rests swivel and adjust up and down. The chair material is well constructed and has endured many spills and still no damage. The added head pillow is very helpful for support when leaning back and the massage pillow for the lower back is perfectly sized and has two speeds for just the right amount of massage. Assembly is required but they are pretty easy to put together. Had them for almost a year and had a problem with one arm not working right. The company was really helpful and prompt with replacement and shipping.

For me it arrived 2 days early and I ayssembled it while watching tv. It went together fairly easily. Several of the screws felt cross threaded but after a little extra effort it was done. There were no damages and everything works fine. I am a bit worried about the foot stool part being the only thing holding it to the bottom are plastic pieces but thats not why I purchased it. It reclines to slepping mode and with the lumbar massager going it is now sleep mode, though I had a though time getting up right. It sits quite well. No real complaints so time will only tell but day one it works.

The media could not be loaded.  Like the chair but these arm rests are horrible! Both arm rests just wobble any time you rest your arms or elbows on them. Poor quality and poor design. The arm rests should be bolted into the sides of the back but they’re not.

I haven’t even had the chair for a year and it’s completely falling apart. I just had my second wheel break; made from cheap plastic. I have not been able to track down replacement parts either. Completely disgusted, dissatisfied, and disappointed in this product. As a console and pc gamer I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! For the cost of this chair I did not get enough use out of it. Office chairs last longer.

I've been using this chair for a while now. I only got a few complaints but it is more a budget option so its not going to be perfect naturally. For starters the way the seat is made is can be easy to get food stuck under the seat cushion and its not safe what so ever to dig your hands under the seat to get anything out, if you go deep enough you might get caught on something. Lastly and I'm not sure if this is just my room but this is the only chair that I have own that at times my back just starts to sweat out of nowhere. I don't know if its the material they used or what but it's weird. The massager on it is alright for the price I guess. The recline feature works if not barely but I mean if you lay back it's works fine. I really like that I can sleep at my desk in this chair. The arms are a bit wiggly but again you get what you pay for. I do like how the arms extend though it makes it more fluent and easy to do. It was easy enough to put together. I'll recommend this chair if you're looking for a gaming chair that reclines. If that feature doesn't matter to you then there are probably better options at even a cheaper price. (Update: One of the arms broke and the reclining feature on it is starting to become a bit janky. The price of the chair is not worth it imo. I'll be contacting the seller about it and will keep this updated on the matter.)

Great chair! Great customer service! A little plastic piece was broken during shipping and the company was very kind and fast at sending me another one to fix the problem! Recommend this product and company 200%!!! My son loves the chair, it's very comfortable, has a massaging back piece & adjusts to any position you can think of including a piece to pull out & rest your legs & feet on in the reclining position.

Hardly ever write reviews for anything personally, but the Edwell after sales support guys deserve some recognition... They will bend over backwards to support their products. I purchased this chair for my 13yo son, he loves it... Ended up ordering another one, different color, for his 10yo brother. Good price for a great product!
