High Back Mesh Office Chair Adjustable Arms Ergonomic Computer Desk Task Chair

This review may need to be edited; the chair was just assembled.- Given the price, the quality is good which is what the rating is based on- the chair is comfortable- reclining back is a big plus, I can't buy a chair without that option- the wheels would be rated 1 of 5 stars, basically they suck- Directions are worthless (mouse print) but assembly was easy - all done with an allen wrench (included)- They should clarify which piece to assemble 1st, the chair back or the wheel base (it's the only questionable step in assembly)** I added the chair back 1st and then placed the wheel base over it. If you buy the product you will understand what is meant. A simple readable 1, 2, 3 ,4 directions would have eliminated any second guessing. It should be easy enough to figure out what screws to use where, based on holes and screw counts... I don't know why anyone would want to attach arm rests, they could have kept those. It would have been nice had they charged a couple dollars more and included decent wheels, also the directions text size should have been much larger. That micro print, with smudged letters was completely worthless... good look reading it if you are over 37 years of age.

I have the name brand version of this at the office, and this one is 1/3 the price and is as comfortable if not more, and very well built. I wish the back went back and left the seat flat, but that's my only wish for this chair. I love the high-back and head-rest.UPDATE after 30 days and lowering to 4 stars until I hear back from support - I had the left arm rest break, but I haven't had a change to call support yet. I'm just looking for a replacement left arm rest.

I would have liked to give this 5 stars, because after putting it together this is a very sleek-looking and comfortable chair. However, though the instructions contain images how to assemble the chair, they are extremely small and not in-detail. The other issue I experienced, 1 of the 3 screws to hold the right arm rest would not grasp the thread-hole. No matter how much force I applied, the screw would not screw in. I left it be, but the arm rest does hold with the 2 screws. To sum it up, it's a great office chair.

So, this chair is cheap, not constructed well. A plastic piece broke in Step 1 of assembly--that is crap; the pieces didn't fit well, and therefore cracked. Then after a few days one of the screws kept falling out of the left arm rest--no matter how tightly it was screwed in it would come loose--as a result the arm rest cracked and snapped off when I used it to push myself out of the chair. It's fairly comfortable, but I'm only 5'3" so the seat is too deep for me--would be great for someone taller or with longer legs--this also causes the back to not fit me either, so not very ergonomic for me. I'm only keeping it because I'm not taking it apart and certainly not lugging a fully assembled chair to UPS. It's cheap in price--so I guess you get what you pay for.

The chair is comfortable considering I spend 8-11 hours in it. The mesh back keeps the chair cool. My only gripe is that the casters don't really roll so much as scrape. Originally I was using the chair only on carpet and was unhappy with the rolling. Figured it needed a chair mat. I bought a chair mat hoping that would fix the issue. It didn't.

I ordered this chair in Nov. of 2018. Normally you would expect a chair to have a good amount of life to it, however, here I am 1.5 years later and this chair has been falling apart for over 7-8 months. The screws on the arm rests somehow come undone and fall out to where I have to find the screw and screw it back in once a week, the wheels on the bottom keep coming apart, and now one of them is completely broken... So.. It's good for a temporary chair that wont be used for more than a year... otherwise, go elsewhere.

The chair is made of good quality material. The cushion goes flat after a few hrs and makes my lower back and hips hurt. Great for the price for short times in chair. Anything over a few hours seems to get uncomfortable. I bought an extra cushion to go on top of the seat and it made the chair very comfortable to sit in again.

This chair is one of the better office chairs I've purchased at this price. The assembly was very easy, only taking myself 30 minutes to assemble. The cushion is very comfortable as well, with the material being easy to clean and safe from most stains.One minor downside in regards to the material, is that the cloth on the bottom of the cushion can easily be ripped with minor contact. Be careful not to scrap anything solid, otherwise you may tear up the bottom of the cushion a bit.After assembling the chair and using it for the past couple days, the chair is still sturdy and strong.Overall, this office chair is a great product with an affordable price tag.
