Sauder Clifford Place Storage Cabinet with File, Grand Walnut Finish

It took me a solid 2 hours to put this together and I still messed up a little with the bottom shelf. To comment about other reviews with the drawer, if you follow the directions and put the tracks exactly in the spot it says, you won’t have any issues closing the drawer all the way,m... but it is very easy to miss that part and have a slightly wonky drawer. This is made out of that fake pressed wood with an extremely thin veneer on top, so if you are moving pieces around and are too rough, you can nick it and see the ugliness beneath. Also, because it’s that fake wood, it is extremely heavy. Even though the description says the dimensions, I agree with another user that it does seem shorter in real life, but the dimensions are accurate. Overall I am happy with my purchase though, the bottom drawer is being used for it’s intended purpose, as a filing cabinet. I love the open area up top, my husband has his own contracting business so customers files are in the bottom, blueprints in the top rolled up and off my dining table hidden in a cabinet that is nice to look at. We don’t have a formal office in our house so I refused to let anything come in that looked like a traditional piece of office furniture or a metal file cabinet just out in the open. Great piece for your at home office, hallway storage, etc.

This easy to assemble cabinet makes the perfect freestanding place to put my coat and purse when I walk in the door. I love it!

Love it and directions were pretty clear. It's not as tall as I imagined, but that's my mistake. One problem: the bottom drawer won't go in all the way. I triple checked the instructions and there's nowhere else to screw the sliders in... It's weird.

Sauder typically makes a great product. My last desk lasted for 20 years. The wood look covering on this desk nicks up very easily!! I have to keep a stain marker at hand. Sturdiness of furniture is great though.

Too hard to put together.

Nice, sturdy cabinet once I got it put together. Not sure I would have purchased it if I had known how difficult it was going to be to put it together. Took several hours. I did it by myself, would have been much easier with help.

This ended up being what I had hoped for. Great quality for the price and the tone of the wood is perfect- pictures accurately depicted it.

Adorable. I can’t stop looking at it. However, make sure you check if the drawer can pull in and out before you assemble everything because many people have said, and we have found to be true, that once you’re done and then you assemble the drawer it’s a little off.
