Easy to use & works well
User friendly. The range from base to handset nearly reaches to the furthest room of 5,000 square ft office building. Menu options for custom ring, volume, etc are good. No issues since purchasing. Slim design doesn’t take up much desk space. Purchased as second hand held to go with base. No issues pairing it. Overall works well.

Would not charge
We did not use the phone, could not get it to charge. Read booklet, followed instructions to charge, tried 3 times to charge the phone & it never did work so I returned the phone.

. No all call intercom, can’t change intercom sound. overall a decent phone system.

Make sure to order your RJ11; it’s not included!
Who doesn’t put a RJ11 in their packaging? This would be the same thing as leaving the battery out. I am not happy because I live in a remote area. This is the only phone service I have and it’s even more delayed because of this lack of packaging.
