It's bright!
This flashlight doesn't cost much but really lights up stuff at 30+ feet away. I sometimes have to find addresses from the street and can do so from my car. It has a special battery that requires the supplied charger. Don't lose the charger.

Cheap Junk from our Friends in China
Every one of these flashlights I have purchased has broken --and rather quickly. Here are the failure types you can expect with this 'product:1. Switch at the end of the flashlight breaks easily so you can't turn the flashlight on/off2. LED does not last and causes the battery to drain at a high rate of discharge until the batteries are ruined3. Focusing mechanism within the head of the flashlight literally falls apart so you cannot adjust the spread pattern of the light.Cheap Chinese junk!!! You would be better off getting a $10.00 Rayvac D-Cell flashlight and putting a LED bulb in it. It will work just as good and the batteries will last 5 times longer. And if the LED bulb does burn out (mine hasn't in over a year) you simply replace it instead of throwing the whole flashlight away.

Great light for the price
Great flashlight for the price I bought 2 one for my AR and one for my shot gun can’t complain for the price lights up a room and the rechargeable battery’s are a +++. I haven’t shot any of the guns with this light in it so I’m unsure if it will hold up but so far amazing

NOwhere near 1200 LUMENS!
Greetings fellow Amazonians, the flashlight I purchased is nowhere near the claimed 1200 lumen brightness however I was not expecting it to be but neither was I expecting it to be in the 200 Lumen range so I returned it for my full refund! I warn you do not purchase if you're looking for something brighter then 200 lumens it's built decent looks nice out of the box but absolutely sucks in the Lumen Dept! Happy hunting.

Not quite what THEY say it is.....
The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is that at least the flashlight runs . 1st off, the light is not 1200, or 800...More like around 300-350 at best (moderate spill and a narrow focused beam from a smooth reflector)...It's thin walled (aluminum?), more like an cheap alloy or pot metal...This is something you'd see a Dollar Store or a Dollar tree...It is false advertising to make dishonest claims...This is NOT Olight, Fenix, or Duracell quality...So far the light still runs. Though it underperforms compared to my Jetbeam lights...

while not 1200 lumens still an excelent light for the price
I recently reviewed this light and decided to re evaluate it. my first reviews were comparing it to much more expensive lights which was a little un fair. this time I chose three c-8 style lights from my collection, all complete kits (battery, charger and light) and all purchased for around $10. My observations, the wissblue was the brightest of all four lights, the third light came close but had a vary cool white almost bluish color temp (a cheeper xml chip). The wissblue had the better neutral white color temp and also came with the nicest charger of the four. While none of the lights came close to there advertised lumens the wissblue was the brightest and for the price the best deal. Ps. don't be fooled by those as seen on tv lights they rate those in lux which is a different animal.

As described.
This is the same size as the Convoy C8. The flashlight is a standard size, which is easily upgradeable. As is, this light is decent. It is probably around 300 lumens. The included 18650 cell has a low capacity. The charger is cheap. I recommend that the charger be discarded. A couple of name brand 18650 cells and a good charger will cost about $20 extra. The name brand cells will double and possibly triple the battery life.I upgraded the pill, led, driver, reflector, and lens. Now, it is very bright and has four brightness settings. Probably around 1000 lumens. Convoy C8 parts fit.
