VANBOW Chair

Box arrived undamaged but upon assembly we discovered a tear in the seat cushion. This company needs some quality control. This was a gift for our college age son who was disappointed that his Christmas present needed to be immediately returned. Not sure how the person who packed the box missed the rip. Super disappointed—we had high hopes this would be a decent chair.

This chair is super comfy and soft all around. You can sit on it for hours and hours and hours without fatigue. Leather is very high quality and soft. The chair was easy to assemble and the seat is wide. The cushion for your arms is very comfortable as well. The back is high and provides support for your neck and head. I recommend buying this chair!

Purchased there after careful consideration. Chair worked great for the first 30 - 45 days. Because this chair has a natural tilt forward I had to lock the angle in place with a slight backwards tilt to keep from feeling like I was sliding out of the chair instead of using it in a rocker mode. Now it will not stay locked in place. It randomly will "pop" forward and you have to constantly re-lock it in position. I would not purchase another of these chairs.

The seams are coming apart after just one year of moderate usage. I weight 185lbs, so it can't be a weight issue.

Bought 11/28/18 and the wheels keep falling apart. Is there some way to get new ones.

Being a Pharmacy student that needs to be studying the majority of the day I wanted a comfortable chair that was durable. This chair is amazing, passed all my expectations.

I just received my chair today, excited to put together and use it. I didn't receive the lever handles and the package that contains the bolts was ripped and bolts were all through the box. I believe through delivery two of the bolts were lost. Not able to put together or use.

Bought as a gift. They love this chair
