I received my purchase in a plastic bag and it had some pads missing. With something so sensitive there should be full protection for health reasons, luckily when I expressed my concern over this matter customer service were very kind, apologetic and understanding. I was immediately sent the item in it's full closed packed box the very next day. I would not have gone through so much trouble getting them because these thong liners are the very true definition of the barely there design.
