I bought this to replace my worn-out original cables. It's working fine, but your criteria for review (value for money, durability, sturdiness) are rather inappropriate to gauge the quality of this product at this early stage. I cannot tell if it's durable or sturdy enough within a few weeks of use. Nonetheless, I'm giving this item 4 stars, hoping it will last efficiently long.

Laptop would not recognize it. When plugged into drive the drive just kept making a strong clicking sound. I wouldn’t bother.
