Great Value
I needed several 3ft patch cables to connect various things on my network panel. These were perfect and were a good value. They seem to be high quality and sturdy. I've only tested them at 2.5Gbps so far, but they have no issues with that.

Works
All ten cables passed network connection test. All were nicely tied up with tie-wraps, individually wrapped in plastic and then all places in a bigger plastic resealable bag. Installed 7 of them last night and all are working as expected in my house network.

Great short cables!
Needed some super short CAT 6 cables for my setup. These fit the bill perfectly!

Decent patch cables
Need short run patch cables for our ERP server and have used cable matters before. These along with some of the other ones we bought sometimes get stuck when trying to disconnect. After using small force with pliers, they are able to come out but i just use a whole new cable after since these are relatively cheap.

Cat 6 Patch Cables From Cable Matters May Have Been Miswired?
I'm not 100% sure of this yet, but I think that ALL of the Cat 6 cables that I ordered through Cable Matters about 3 years ago may have miswired. None of the cables have failed, but after doing some research, I learned that there is an obvious difference between Cat 5 and Cat 6 terminating ends (plugs). The wires in a Cat 5 plug all go in straight, but the wires in a Cat 6 plug are supposed to go in staggered or in a zig zag pattern.I ordered a bunch of Cat 6 patch cables through Cable Matters and Tripp Lite in 2018. All of the wires in the plugs ends of the cat 6 cables that I ordered through Tripp Lite all have the zig zag pattern, but NONE of the cables that I ordered though Cable Matters have this pattern.Simply put, you can have a 100 foot long Cat 6 cable with a cat 6 plug on one end and a cat 5 on the other end, but the entire cable will behave as a cat 5 cable because of this.I'm still investigating this issue, but everything I've seen so far says that I'm correct in what I've said above.<<<<< ## EDIT ## >>>>>I may have been wrong. I actually patched some cat 6 cables myself a while back and still have some of the Ideal cat6 rj45 8p8c ends and the wires go in straight just as the ones I got from Cable Matters. The connectors are designed so that the wires can feed all the way through so that when the ends are crimped on, the wires be will be cut as well.
