Winsome Wood Valet Stand With Wood Base, Dark Espresso (92155)

This stand is made better than I expected, it is also very sturdy. The only complaint is that the drawer has no stop to keep it from falling out if you open it too far. Overall it is very nice looking and definitely worth the price.

My husband had 0 problem putting this valet together. The base should be a tad wider to provide a bit more support, since this is a top heavy item. The actual color of the wood is a bit darker than what picture shows. So far, it seems like a quality product. However, we should know more once we start using it.

I researched quite a few valets and this had all the bells and whistles: the drawer, the sizeable table top, the two pegs on either side, the bar to hang more, and the mirror! The wood is quality and the extras are strong. My husband wears mostly work out gear as Covid has cut down tremendously on this suit and tie outfits but this valet works just as well for these clothing items.

This is a nice little stand, but a challenge to put together with the tool provided. After throwing away the hex key that came with the stand and switching to a drill, assembly went much smoother. I strongly recommend not using the provided tool, if you have options. The stand is an also bit short for a taller person (I am 6’2”). After being put together it’s pretty much what you see in the picture.

Easy to assemble and sturdy

Works great-would be better if it were taller. Also-was missing a piece-a cross brace-but doesn't seem to be affected by not having it.

Pretty study and nice looking

I’ve assembled countless items over the years. This was the most difficult. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I’ve screwed and unscrewed and even tried drilling some of the screws in. I’ve even tried to make this work with wood glue. I’m out of options. Money down the drain. I will use it (somehow) for myself but I can’t possibly gift this to someone else. I wanted it to work but the screws don’t fit and it’s unstable.
