I began taking glucosamine thirty years ago when the ring finger of my left hand began locking up. The doctor said to come back when it was so bad that I would like surgical relief. I am willing to credit the fact that it is sticking less now than it was then to the glucoasamine and chondroiting supplements. Two years ago I tried the gummies. I like the taste of them. They have worked as well as the tablets or capsules that I used before so I keep reordering them.

I stick to taking my vitamins when they are gummies vs pills and these taste great.

The product does help with stiff and sore knees

I bought two bottles, 120 tablets each, a total of 240 tablets, for self-use. The product is wonderful as the taste is good and easy to consume. But the best by date is 28 April 2023, about two months away from the date of my order. I won't be able to finish the other bottle by the end of June 2023. I hope the seller will send products to buyers with reasonable 'shelf' life.

My Orthopedist wanted to replace my knee. Now I don't need to. I love this product.
